Hello Glen. In the preceding years, rapid growth of spa works has created new customer base by acquiring new locations and capturing competitors market. Actually, increase of daily operations and business transactions, the current legacy system has been creating lots of issues with financial statement and decision making process because of data from numerous sources have to be combined. Integrity of data is very necessary for any organization. Since main goal of Spa Works is to improve financial reporting and better decision making process through integration of data then finance manager will be the focal point of all those data. Main responsibilities of Finance manager will be foresee daily cash flow and fund flow budget of business. Moreover, to check whether opening a new location or buying equipment through financial concept is feasible or not. Finance manager also responsible to closely watch over budgeted and actual costing for any planned activities. In addition, Finance directors will also look for which locations of Spa Works are preferred to expand and need more attention. Finance Manager works closely with IT manager and operation manager, these will help to implement and design new system. By financial reporting from finance, executive of Spa work will make decision accordingly.

3) Spa (Operation) Manager: Main responsibilities of Spa Manager would assist on daily routine activities. Spa manager has direct contact with vendors, customers and suppliers. He helps to correlate IT manager and other department manager to design and implement new system. As integrated system of business will give managers the ability to give better feedback of daily operations. Strong awareness of routine activities will beneficial over all business process. If there is a new system implemented then there will be a direct feedback from end users, these will result into business profit overall. Knowledge of customer needs will improve business as well as new opportunity also. Spa Manger has direct communication with customers; this will provide competitive advantage to the Spa Works. Spa manager is the key factor for designing and implementing a new system.

4) Marketing Manager: Feedback from customer or from end is users are key criteria for every business. Marketing manager involves in planning and developing of business process. Marketing team is responsible to collect data from customer as a taste and preferences. Whenever proper data available to the Spa works they will make proper customize product and their advertising decisions. Marketing manager helps to decide competitive price and other vital decisions. As a key committee member marketing manager has to gather accurate data and distribute them to concerned department.

5) Information System Manager: The main goal of this project is to design, develop and implement new system in Spa works. IS manager helps to integrate old system with new system and communicate accordingly to the department manager. IS manager must be advised regarding hardware and software that needs to be run according to business requirements. IS manager is responsible to overseeing installation, ensuring backup as privacy and security, considering organizational policy regarding quality standard and policies. IS manager needs to keep technology up to date.
