These town hall meetings are record for rebroadcast at the convenience of the employees that were not able to attend the live meeting or live broadcast. The town hall meeting is to bring the officers to the employees and to inform the employees where the company stands on the overall goals. The town hall meeting shows the holistic approach AT&T employs. Use of enterprise architecture through enterprise management will keep AT&T among Fortune 500 companies.
AT&T continues to enjoy a strong relationship with the Communications Workers of America (CWA) a member of the AFL-CIO labor union. “CWA represents about 85% or 150,000 bargain labor workers.” (CWA) With the CWA’s help, the divisions of AT&T are able to work in harmony towards the President’s goal of total wireless by 2020. AT&T labor force is among the industry leads in compensation and other benefits. These benefits help to motivate the labor force to perform at a high level of customer satisfaction.
AT&T has more than 300,000 employees worldwide. In order to ensure that the forces are focus on the same goals Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Enterprise Management (EM) must be engaged.
