Training is a process or activities that provided by an organization to its employees aimed to improve employee’s performance and to help them to gain a skills and knowledge at their level of job. The goal of training for employees is to master the knowledge, skills and behaviours and to be emphasized in training and apply them to their day to day activities.

The organization provide training according to the latest technology and knowledge
* Human relationships. In case of conflict as one of the most condition in how the people deal with specially in work area, a training is necessary should be given to deal with human problems
* Changing in the job task. When the same employee is promoted to higher position or transferred to another department, the training is required for him or her with new techniques and technologies.
Some of the challenges faced in the training and development are:
1. The time of training can be one of the most difficult challenges as many managers are hesitant to release their employees from their working hours for the training
2. Changes on technology, company’s innovation and programs can make it difficult to prepare a good training with a good material need it and deliver training before employees need information and new skills.
2.0 Literature Review
Training and Development are very important in any organization. Both Training and Development will be required and will concentrate on current and future personal and organization needs. George. G, (2002)
Training and Development gives employees a good chance to realize their potential and a professional work, so this trainees will be more willing to work at their best level of ability.
The trainees will feel as a part of the organization family and they will feel happier in their work and score a high value from their manager. Therefore they will be more likely to stay within the organization. George. G, (2002).
The retention of the trainee will not only reduce the high cost of recruiting new employee but also have a positive influence on production. Raymond (2013).
There are several of the forces influencing training and development, organizational changes, demographic changes, new technology and economic changes. All these will also that influence all aspects of our live: how we purchase product and services, how we learn, relation with each other, and what we value in our lives and on the job. For the organization it’s very important to survive with training. George. G, (2002)
Change the role of Training and Organization is one of the most challenges that the organization faces. It is, therefore, important as part of the change in strategy, the organization provides the necessary training and development for its employees to feel confident to do their job effectively with the changes. Changes to organizational structure mean that employees change job completely and they need to learn and train a whole new set of knowledge and skills in the same time also attitude. Therefore this is very difficult process for them and the quality provided by the organization’s training effort will be necessary both in retaining an employee effectiveness and he or she motivation.
