1. CONGES 2006
 
1.1. Droits à congés payés
HP en France décompte les congés en jours ouvrés (c'est-à-dire travaillés : soit du lundi au vendredi).
Au cours de la période de référence [1er juin 05 > 31 mai 06] chaque mois complet de travail ouvre droit à 2,08 jours, soit 25 jours ouvrés.
 
1.2. Congés pour ancienneté
Ces congés sont acquis de la façon suivante :
 
- 2 JOURS pour les salariés :

2.     JOURS RTT et jour de pont 
• Les 10 jours RTT sont accordés le 1er Juin de chaque année de référence (1er juin au 31 mai).

A noter que pour cette année, les 3 jours RTT positionnables sont fixés les 26, 27, et 28 décembre 2006.

En cas d’entrée ou sortie d’un salarié en cours d’année, les jours RTT sont attribués au prorata du temps effectué et arrondis au nombre supérieur. 

Certaines organisations peuvent, pour des raisons de continuité du business, prévoir des exceptions à la fixation de ces jours de RTT. Dans ce cas, les employés seront informés directement par leur Management au plus tard fin octobre 2006.

• Pour les employés en Forfait jours, le jour de pont non travaillé est fixé au 29 Décembre 2006.
 
 
3. Les jours de fractionnement pour les employés en forfait jours

2 jours de fractionnement sont accordés au prorata du temps de travail le 1er juin de chaque année, automatiquement et par anticipation, aux employés en forfait jours.

4. Le jour de Pentecôte – journée de solidarité

Le jour de Pentecôte est non travaillé.
Certaines organisations peuvent, pour des raisons de continuité du business, prévoir que ce jour soit travaillé et sera traité selon les mesures de travail/intervention planifié ou d’astreintes. Dans ce cas, les employés seront informés directement par leur Management.

5. CAS PARTICULIERS - Travail à temps partiel ou travail à temps réduit
 
5.1. Droits à congés payés
Les droits à congés payés d’une personne à temps partiel/ temps réduit sont les mêmes que pour les personnes à temps plein (25 jours). Ainsi pour les employés travaillant à temps partiel/temps réduit selon une répartition inférieure à 5 jours par semaine, les congés payés sont calculés au prorata en fonction du temps contractuel afin de maintenir l’équité avec les temps plein.
 
5.2. Droits aux jours RTT
Les salariés ayant opté pour un temps partiel « standard », « jour choisi » ou « modulé » et les temps réduits bénéficieront des 10 jours RTT au prorata de leur temps de travail.
 
 
6. Compte Epargne TEMPS
 
Cette possibilité permet à tout employé de cumuler ses congés d’ancienneté, les jours RTT disponibles, les jours de fractionnement, les repos compensateurs et la 5ème semaine de congés payés sur plusieurs années. Il n’y a pas de plafond d’épargne à ce Compte Epargne Temps.
 
L’épargne est fixée à 30 jours maximum par année de référence (du 1er juin au 31 mai).
 
Les salariés âgés de plus de 50 ans bénéficieront d’une épargne élargie sans plafond annuel.
 
 
  
7. PROCEDURE DE PRISE DE CONGES ET JOURS RTT
 
7.1. Autorisation de prise de congés payés
Le salarié qui désire prendre des congés doit demander l'autorisation à son Chef de Service :
- au minimum 2 semaines à l'avance pour un congé égal ou supérieur à 1 semaine et inférieur à un mois
- au minimum 4 jours à l'avance pour un congé inférieur à 5 jours
